Competencias de gestión para el regreso a las aulas en una realidad ambigua pospandemia COVID-19

Resumen

La pandemia de COVID-19 provocó un cambio importante en las actividades de todos los países y en particular en las universidades, las que fueron obligadas a implementar procesos educativos a distancia. para inicios del año 2022 ya se vislumbra un ambiente propositivo a las clases presenciales. En este trabajo se Tiene como objetivo estudiar como las funciones de la Secretaría académica pueden favorecer el regreso a las aulas de los estudiantes y maestros universitarios y se plantea que el buen desarrollo organizacional, la buena supervisión de programas académicos y una buena administración de funciones son elementos Importantes. Ante una investigación censal realizada al personal académico de la Universidad autónoma de Tamaulipas consistente en 137 encuestas con escala de Likert y Mediante una regresión lineal múltiple, los resultados indican que existe una buena correlación entre las variables en las que la buena supervisión de los programas académicos y la administración de las funciones de la Secretaría académica, con valores Beta de 0.710 y 0.231 respectivamente, son determinantes para que las personas vuelvan a las universidades de forma presencial.
