Resumen

En el presente documento se analizan los problemas que las pequeñas y medias empresas mexicanas enfrentan en los siguientes temas: a) Darse de alta ante el Sistema de Administración Tributaria (SAT) con una actividad económica distinta a la real; b) abstenerse de registrarse al padrón sectorial que originalmente les corresponden. c) encomendar las cuestiones legales de la empresa a asesores jurídicos de bajo costo y desempeño. d) evitar invertir en recursos humanos que realicen las funciones administrativas; e) postergar la profesionalización de los directivos de la empresa. Después de revisar cada uno de estos problemas, se analizan sus efectos en los costos de internacionalización de este tipo de empresas.
