El efecto mediador del desempeño de los proveedores en la relación del capital intelectual y el desempeño operativo. Resultados preliminares

En esta era del conocimiento, La comunidad científica ha demostrado que el capital intelectual juega un papel importante en la generación de valor de las empresas. Con base en la diversidad de dimensiones del capital intelectual en este trabajo de investigación se consideran el capital humano y el capital relacional junto con dos dimensiones del desempeño organizacional: el desempeño de los proveedores y el desempeño operativo. El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es demostrar el efecto mediador del desempeño de los proveedores en la relación del capital humano y relacional en el desempeño operativo. Para lograrlo se realizó un análisis factorial exploratorio y dos modelos de regresión a partir de los factores determinados. Un resultado importante es que el desempeño de los proveedores no representa un factor significativo en la relación del capital relacional y el desempeño operativo, a pesar de la correlación significativa entre ambas variables.
