Planeación Digital en MiPyMes: el rol de la Educación en Gestión Empresarial, Recursos y Percepción de Beneficios Digitales

Resumen

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo identificar el papel que desempeñan la Educación en Gestión Empresarial del propietario, los Recursos y la Percepción de los Beneficios Digitales en la Planificación Digital de las MiPyMes. Se desarrolló una investigación cuantitativa con diseño no experimental y de corte transversal, aplicando un cuestionario con escala Likert a una muestra de 40 propietarios de empresas MiPyMes entre febrero y abril de 2025. El enfoque metodológico incluyó tres niveles: descriptivo, correlacional y explicativo. Los resultados mostraron que la Educación en Gestión Empresarial tiene una relación directa y significativa con la Planificación Digital (β = 0.507, t = 3.978, p < 0.001), al igual que los Recursos disponibles (β = 0.292, t = 2.368, p < 0.009), mientras que la Percepción de los Beneficios Digitales no mostraron un efecto significativo (β = 0.149, t = 1.149, p > 0.05). En conclusión, la educación del propietario y los recursos financieros, humanos y tecnológicos son factores determinantes que anteceden la planeación digital, mientras que la simple percepción de beneficios digitales no impulsa acciones estratégicas. Esto sugiere que, en contextos de recursos limitados, las decisiones de digitalización dependen más de capacidades tangibles y competencias gerenciales que de percepciones subjetivas.
