Financial Burden, Artificial Intelligence, Non-communicable diseasesAbstract
The objective is to analyze the financial burden and technology associated to non-communicable diseases (NCDs), the research method has a documentary, bibliographic review, descriptive and qualitative approach using a non-experimental research design. The result obtained was a direct relationship between the decrease in the financial burden and the use of technologies, specifically, artificial intelligence (AI) due to the large number of creations in various processes in the medical area in specific, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of NCDs. The conclusions were that the use of AI is an opportunity to streamline processes and lower costs, however, there are other variables that must be taken into consideration such as data regulation rules, financing and acquisition of equipment and systems for the use of AI, human capital, implementation strategies, equity, and clarity in information. Continuing to work on establishing digital health in countries is essential to minimize the risk of contracting NCDs and reduce the financial burden. Financial education and technologies will make you more efficient as a person, company, society, and country.
