The principal aim of this research was to identify the tools used by the employers during the processes of recruitment, screening and selection of candidates, as well as job descriptions and specifications, inductive programs, training programs, and the preferences of the industries located in Monterrey, N.L. and its surrounded area, all this related to the hiring of professional Administrators graduated from private or public Universities. 643 The data showed that most emplyers have the manuals for every aspect described above, but those manuals are not complete or they do not have them for all the positions in the organization
