Abstract

Actually, Web 2.0 based teaching is being used as an innovative project in higher education, where the student participates with his ideas and points of view, which make the teaching-learning process more dynamic. Therefore, the objective of this work is to determine the factors perceived by the students of higher level on the use of web 2.0. This study is quantitative, non-experimental, transeccional. The sample is composed of 461 students from the Technological Institute, Papaloapan University (UNPA) and the National Pedagogical University (UPN) of Tuxtepec, Oaxaca. Thee scale used includes attitudes, use, impact, difficulties and web 2.0 tools. The results provide empirical evidence that the factors of attitude, training, use, impact and difficulties are elements to consider to use web 2.0 in the teaching-learning process.
