The present investigation analyzes some critical variables as characteristics of the user, found in the literature and the relation that they have regarding the success of the logistic information systems (SLI) in medium and large companies. For this, a survey was applied to 31 companies that have more than 51 employees. The results show the significant relationship between the characteristics of the user and the success of the Information Logistics Systems as part of the information technologies
