Expectativas y preferencias de la vivienda en el área metropolitana de Monterrey

The purpose of this research is to find a modern concept of decent housing for the current inhabitants of the metropolitan area of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico; applying a non-probabilistic sampling by cross-sectional rates, ninety-eight (98) surveys were analyzed during the month of March of the year two thousand nineteen (2019) to people with the age necessary to acquire a property. Therefore, we used a statistical model of multivariate regression analysis, finding that the behavior of the royal population has changed due to the large metropolis, public transport and social relations, consequently your home requires specific physical areas; however, real estate developers do not take these characteristics.
