Theoretical Review of the Factors Influencing Job Satisfaction of Adolescent Packers.

One of the areas of influence of work has been the role and structure of the company, which has evolved alongside human societies. An example of this was evident in the latter half of the last century, when we suddenly shifted from buying from the corner store to large supermarkets, and with it the figure of the merchandise packer, popularly known as the "cerillo" (matchstick). The objective of this research paper is to present the theoretical foundations that allow us to document the antecedents that gave rise to this figure, as well as the factors that influence their job satisfaction.
