The world changed in the face of the Covid19 contingency, and companies are working to get out of the crisis. One of the strategies was the uso of ISO-22316, which proposes a model of organizational resilience. The objective of this research was to analyze the impact that the dimensions of this model have on organizational resilience based on the hypothesis of the existence of a significant difference between large enterpraise and MySMEs in their culture, behavior, risk management and preparation for the response to circumstances before disruptive changes. This descriptive research from the application of the instrument called "Dimensions of the Organizational Resilience Model" to 175 people who worked in large enterpraise and MyPyMES from various productive sectors. Using an ANOVA test for one factor, the Culture of Behavior, and Preparedness and Risk Management dimensions were taken as independent variables, contrasting with large enterpraise and MySMEs; however, no significant differences were found between them, which indicates that companies tend to follow similar processes in adversity situations. The com panies that overcame the crisis after the contingency were those that relied on their organizational resilience regardless of whether they were large enterpraise or MyPymes
