The incorporation of information and communication technologies has evolved and transformed education and the educational system in general, providing flexibility to the processes through the implementation of new pedagogical tools and access to different educational scenarios; therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the profile of the teacher who uses the Smartphone in the Teaching-Learning-Assessment process, to determine the main factors in the dimensions of knowledge, use by place, use by frequency, importance, guided introduction, personal initiative, and training. A descriptive analysis of the items that make up the questionnaire regarding the Smartphone in teaching and research was performed, as well as a consistency analysis using Cronbach's alpha, to determine the reliability of each dimension and a first order confirmatory factor analysis to check the validity of the construct, through data analysis it is shown that teachers have knowledge of applications that are useful in their role, as well as willingness to learn more about this device applied to educational processes; and as difficulties the interruption in the sessions, the written expression and the additional expense of the Internet.
