Abstract

Today companies have implemented digital
marketing to have a more direct contact with their
consumers. The objective was to investigate the
evolution of marketing until marketing 5.0. This
research was conducted to analyze the transition from
traditional to digital marketing and how strategies
have been adapted with the help of different tools. A
documentary investigation with a qualitative approach
was carried out, during the process secondary sources
were consulted and the information was analyzed.
Based on this, it is concluded that digital marketing
with the help of new technologies has opened a new
stage, which goes hand in hand with the application of
artificial intelligence to improve the competitiveness
of companies
