Análisis del Clima Organizacional para el desarrollo de los trabajadores de una Institución de Educación Superior de la Región Centro de Coahuila.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the work environment and the impact on the development of the workers of an IESRCC, through teachers, administrators and manuals and determine if the performance is suitable for the development of the organizational environment. The Study was carried out in an Institution and a mixed diagnostic methodology was applied to obtain this information, a sample with a total of 61 cases observed from a population of 70 workers to measure the organizational climate, this was made up of six sets of items grouped into 35 organizational variables, plus 2 personal information variables. From the information obtained it is determined that the variables satisfaction, communication, motivation and teamwork. The applied instruments were authenticated through the statistical method of Cronbach's Alpha that obtained a (value of 0.914), for which their application is considered adequate.
