The study of intellectual capital and its dimensions is
a subject that has transcended over time, since
technological changes are increasingly associated
with a knowledge economy, where in addition to the
factors of production, land, labor and capital, they
must Incorporate human knowledge commonly
known as know-how, technology and relationships
with customers and their suppliers into
organizations. The objective of this article is to
address the different conceptualizations that have
been made about intellectual capital and its
dimensions, demonstrating the importance that its
analysis is acquiring as a competitive and
comparative advantage in companies, for which we
have proceeded to review different recent research
on the subject.
