Abstract

Purpose of this research has been to study the problem of
the theft of gasoline (huachicoleo) in Mexico, a problem
that has caused serious economic, fiscal and social
problems in the country, derived from the insufficient
treatment of the law for control and eradication both this
crime, and the money laundering obtained from
huachicoleo, mainly in the context of the constitution and
tax legislation in Mexico. Money laundering obtained
through Huachicol is a phenomenon that has negative
consequences for the country; It is a criminal phenomenon
that flourished in Mexico for decades and in which
unfortunately cartels, as well as social groups and
authorities, were involved; phenomenon that grew
exponentially and seemed unable to be controlled.
