Abstract

This article has the purpose of analyze the impact of the digital transformation on the architectonic design, now a days, design-oriented architects have developed different skills and created programs for represent a way more realistic the architectonics designs to the respective clients. We sought with the purpose to know the impact of this new technology on the professional life of architects in the Monterrey metropolitan area , both students and practitioners and graduates of the new generation, from their skills and mastery with the technological graphic representation in different designs programs, as well as their average salary income and their experience making designs. For the study it was chosen the factor analysis method where through surveys and antecedents of studios with linked approaches to ours the information desired was complemented. The study shows that undergraduate and graduated architecture students are the one with most knowledge in softwares of architectonic design representing 2D and 3D.
