Explicación e Implementación del término gamificación en las aulas de los grupos de la carrera de administración de la Facultad de Contaduría Pública y Administración Campus Cadereyta

Currently society demands new forms of learning due to the characteristics of the new generations. This research paper shows the importance of the implementation of gamification in the upper level classrooms, specifically in the classrooms of the Faculty of Public Accounting and Administration, Campus Cadereyta, in the careers of Public Accountant and Bachelor of Administration. Gamification is a technique that consists of teaching chairs through games and its main objective is to learn by playing. This research work is carried out by means of a survey applied to a group of students of the Faculty of Public Accounting and Administration, Campus Cadereyta, in the Public Accountant and Bachelor of Administration careers, in addition to the application of a survey made only to the teachers of the learning units of the groups of students surveyed. With the results obtained from the application of both surveys, certain conclusions are reached and a series of recommendations for the implementation of the gamification process are added at the end of this research.
