Nivel de importancia del ambiente social y sentido de pertenencia en la permanencia laboral de la generaciòn “Y” de la U.A.N.L.

The objective of this investigation is to Identify the Level of Importance that the factors have: Social Environment and Sense of Belonging in the labor permanence in men and women of the Generation "Y" of the UANL, The approach used in this investigation was quantitative. with a nonexperimental and transversal design, with a descriptive scope. The sample was of an incidental non-probabilistic type. The participants in this study were 154 students with work from different University dependencies. 45% of the participants were male and 55% female. For this study, a scale was elaborated whose name is “Labor Permanence of Generation“ Y ”which was made up of a total of 23 items with a Likert-type scale with 5 response options. The results are very interesting since a comparison is made between gender and five subscales are measured for each objective variable.
