La emoción de ser creativo mediante el Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas

This paper addressed the need for organizations to be part of the change and adapt quickly to it. Associated with the change, the terms of creativity and innovation were highlighted as fundamental elements. The Problem-Based Learning strategy and the way it was applied in the Creativity and Innovation Learning Unit for Organizational Change, taught in Calendar 2019 A, were described to the students of the race of Human Resources at the University Center of the Ciénega. In the final part, the process followed in practice was shown, as well as the main findings and suggestions for their application by teachers.
