Propose a model with factors of production planning in which it seeks to deliver to customers, the products that they order in time and form, offering thus, a high level of service, all this at the lowest required cost; anticipating, through inventory management, the materials and supplies required to produce the product, monitoring the client’s orders through demand management, having high operational efficiency through the supply chain, taking advantage of the available resources, optimizing the activities necessary for the creation of the product and carrying through the management of logistics and distribution the materials from the supplier to the final customer as a finished product.
