Estrategia para minimizar riesgos en las organizaciones ante acontecimientos fortuitos

The operation of any company results from the participation of the people who work in it, where there are personnel responsible for key functions that contribute to the profits of the business; they are partners that are considered indispensable, that with their contributions make possible the long-term survival and profitability of the organization, since their work generates economic profits; usually it's about company executives or employees with important positions in decision making. In this research, private companies managed by partners were analyzed. The objective of this research is to investigate if the partners know the risks they have in the organization, and then define preventive strategies on risks such as death, permanent disability, acquiring a habitual or chronic disease, accidents; which represent latent risks and nobody is exempt from not suffering them. It is of great interest to recognize that they are unaware of the main risks that exist in the organization.
