Estudio sobre el uso de herramientas de marketing digital en las ciudades de Aguascalientes y Zacatecas

This paper talks about the role of digital marketing tools in micro, small, medium and big enterprises, specifically focusing on four aspects; 1) What are the most used digital marketing tools in companies 2) Identify who performs the functions of digital marketing in the company 3) What is the purpose of using digital marketing tools 4) Know the frequency of use of digital marketing tools. This paper was carried out in the cities of Aguascalientes and Zacatecas, with a total of 400 enterprises, belonging to the commerce, services and industry sectors. The results presented are of the two cities.
