Today we live in a revolutionized environment, technological advances and communication have changed the way of doing and managing business, it is important that businesses identify their competitive advantages so that they last and continue to make a difference in their market. The administrative tool taken as the axis to identify the elements of value and competitive advantages is the value chain model. This research analyzes the most important value chain models and proposes a value chain model for a virtual training company, where the elements of value and their competitive advantages are described.
