From a quantitative approach the analysis of the relationship be- tween the dimensions of intellectual capital and the operational performance of the construction companies of Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, is carried out with a descriptive-exploratory scope. It is used in dimension reduction techniques with the principal components method together with the design of a linear regression model of data collection in 60 construction companies. One of the results found in this analysis is that human capital, despite having a positive influence on operational performance, does not have a significant effect.
