The objective of this inductive study is to get knowledge of the
perception of the Mexican employee on teamwork and therefore,
be able to identify characteristics that favor teamwork, as well as,
to get knowledge of those aspects that difficult its implementation.
Through the answering of a series of questions to Mexican organizations’ employees from the metropolitan area of Nuevo Leon
about the positive and negative aspects of teamwork, along with
the problems and results derived from this activity, the result of this
investigation was the categorization of the similarities in the interviewees’ responses in categories with their respective dimensions,
according to the input -process -output (IPO) structure, as a first
approach to the needs of the Mexican employee.
