Abstract

In the post-Covid-19 environment, SMEs in Mexico face significant challenges such as slow economic recovery, changes in consumer behavior, digital competition and adaptation to the new normal. Strategies and support are required to ensure the survival and growth of SMEs, which is why a diagnostic manual is proposed to evaluate their adaptation and take advantage of opportunities in the post-Covid-19 environment.
