Goal of this research was to know the degree of administrative knowledge about the phases of the administrative process (planning, organization, motivation, direction and control) which demonstrate the graduated in Administration from the Facultad de Contaduría Pública y Administración (FACPYA) of the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, from the point of view of the employers of the city of Monterrey, N.L. and its metropolitan area. Analyzing the obtained results, the majority of employers indicate that the above-mentioned knowledge about administrative process phases of L.A. career are among excellent, very good with 62.55 %, while 26.70 % mentioned that they are good, 9.32 % mentioned that they are regular and 1.43 % mentioned that they are deficient.
