Abstract

This work aimed to describe technological management as a driver of business competitiveness, also contributing to socioeconomic development and the well-being of society as a whole, in line with the demands and challenges of the current globalized environment. A qualitative approach research was carried out, with a non-experimental design and its descriptive scope, making a holistic description of Technological Management in the context of MSMEs. The aim was to demonstrate the evolution of Information Systems (IS) within organizations, moving from an approach focused on the automation of administrative and accounting tasks, towards a more strategic perspective. of Information Technologies (IT). Concluding that, thanks to Technological Management, IT not only optimizes processes, but also allows strategic improvements in line with business objectives, with the strategic and effective use of technology to achieve the objectives of an organization, as well as the proper management of available technological resources. By combining the principles and practices of administration with the knowledge and application of technology, the planning, organization, direction and control of an entity's technological resources, its efficiency, productivity and innovation can be maximized.

Juan Pablo Munguía-Tiburcio, Universidad Veracruzana

Education and training: Primary and Secondary School in CDMX. High School at Ilustre Instituto Veracruzano, Veracruz. Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Accounting at the Universidad Veracruzana Boca del Río Campus. Master in Finance at the Cristóbal Colon University, Calasanz Campus, Veracruz. International Symposium of Public Accountants at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, as well as a business leadership course. Refresher courses in accounting bulletins. Training in various courses, by the Universidad Veracruzana. ANUIES training in strategic planning. Training and performance as a Verifier in the “Agenda From the Local” Program, taught by INAFED. Training by the Ministry of Public Administration in “Obligations and Responsibilities under the Scheme of the National Anti-Corruption System”. Training in the National Asset Forfeiture Law and financial management to avoid tax discrepancies.

 

Work experience: Corporate MEXCOPE. Financial statement analyst office. Auditor at the international firm BDO. Bank account debugging analyst. Payroll department analyst. Regional Secretary of Administration and Finance for the Veracruz and Orizaba regions. Academic Technician (TA) in charge of Liaison. In charge of the financial aspect of the International University Book Fair (FILU), support in the event of the Inter-American Organization of Universities (OUI). Collaborator in one of the 9 quality projects of the UV. Various training for Officials in relation to the Comprehensive University Information System. Specific Projects Coordinator. Financial Coordinator of the event Linking Universities and their Environment for Sustainable Social and Economic Development, European Union. Subject academic at the Faculty of Accounting. Corina Tello-Fomperosa, University of Veracruz

She has a degree in Public Accounting, as well as a Master's degree in Administrative Sciences from the Institute of Research and Higher Studies of Administrative Sciences. Graduated from the Doctorate in Public Administration and Government at the Free School of Political Sciences and Public Administration of the East.

 She has worked at the Universidad Veracruzana since February 2018. She is a university professor in the economic-administrative area (UV) and is currently working professionally as an academic at the Faculty of Accounting and Business of the Veracruz Region.

 She has taken various courses and diplomas related to her academic profile, she has also developed professionally in the public and private spheres, as an Internal Auditor, Head of Budgets and as Head of Human Resources, she is currently a member of the College of Public Accountants of the State of Veracruz B.C.
