The research analyzed the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on business management in the healthcare sector, highlighting the opportunities and challenges brought about by its implementation. Using a qualitative approach and an exploratory desk review of scientific articles, reports from healthcare organizations, and innovative startups, this study addressed how AI is redefining practices in healthcare, from diagnosis and treatment to administration and entrepreneurship. The results highlighted AI's ability to improve operational efficiency, personalize treatments, and optimize decision-making. However, significant challenges were also identified, such as the need to safeguard data privacy, ensure informed consent, and develop specific competencies in healthcare professionals. The conclusion emphasized AI as a crucial driver of change in the healthcare sector, urging interdisciplinary collaboration to maximize its benefits and tackle ethical and regulatory challenges, ensuring technological development that contributes to overall well-being.
