The aim of this research is to describe the effects of the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the employees’ well-being and the importance of training for the adaptation process towards Organizational Intelligence, through a literature review. presenting definitions, dimensions and applied research. The methodology applied is with a qualitative approach and a descriptive scope, with documentary and bibliographic techniques. The results present the main definitions and dimensions, which support the graphic model of the hypotheses proposed for a more complete study and verification of these. Hence, the use of AI benefits organizations and helps improve the well-being of employees, only if their physical and psychological effort is reduced, which can be achieved with appropriate training.
