Las Competencias Profesionales del Administrador que Requieren las Pymes del Municipio de La Barca, Jalisco

The scenarios that the companies live are increasingly more demanding and competitive and they play an important role in the lives of the professionals, now days the future professionals seek employment opportunities that are well remunerated and that cover the expectations of the industrialist. Hence the importance of setting the following objective: identify the professional competencies of the administrator the demand the SMEs of the municipality of la Barca, Jalisco, to be able to achieve and effective incorporation of the future graduate in to the labor field. A qualitative and quantitative study was used that reflected the professional competences that were valued the most by the managers of the company through surveys. The results showed us that managerial skills are not deficient and meet the requirements of that companies. For this reason, strategies were developed to consider in the plans and programs of the knowledge discipline.
