El presente y el futuro deseable del liderazgo en la organización mexicana: un estudio cualitativo

Resumen

El objetivo de este estudio es caracterizar el liderazgo actual y el liderazgo futuro que empleados de la organización mexicana han mencionado en este estudio cualitativo. El método utilizado es la entrevista en preguntas abiertas para obtener los objetivos planteados. Una vez que se transcribieron las respuestas se utilizó el software MAXQDA para codificar y analizarlas. Se entrevistaron a 47 empleados y directivos medios de ambos sexos para conocer su percepción a las respuestas sobre el liderazgo mexicano de acuerdo con su experiencia. Se hizo una amplia revisión de literatura para contrastarla con los hallazgos obtenidos. Dichos hallazgos caracterizaron a ambos tipos de liderazgo, incluyendo menciones literales de los participantes. Así mismo, se obtuvieron las comparaciones entre los géneros y los grupos de generaciones. Estos hallazgos fueron contrastados con la teoría obtenida, de manera que, se respaldaron con los diversos temas de la teoría. Se concluyó que se obtuvieron los objetivos y el propósito, lo cual permitió cubrir las brechas entre ambos tipos de liderazgo consiguiendo las aportaciones al conocimiento del liderazgo en el contexto mexicano.
