Producción científica teórica sobre el crecimiento y supervivencia económica del sector agrícola

Resumen

La bibliometría es un campo de estudio que ayuda a conocer la producción intelectual de un tema, máxime cuando el conocimiento de ella, es incipiente. En esta investigación, se conoció el estado de la producción científica en el tema de crecimiento económico del sector agrícola. Se sabe que dicho sector es fundamental en el sistema alimentario, la productividad de un territorio, el bienestar social, y en la construcción de mejores formas de nutrición a través de la comprensión y avances que este pueda tener. El objetivo es conocer la productividad científica teórica con respecto al crecimiento económico del sector agrícola considerando una década de transiciones políticas, naturales y de salud. A través de un estudio bibliométrico realizado en las bibliotecas digitales “The Lens y Dimensions” se encontró que el fenómeno del crecimiento y supervivencia en la agricultura desde la perspectiva económica, hasta el momento, es limitada en su estudio, siendo China y Estados Unidos los mayores exponentes. Se propone ampliar la investigación para ver los factores que inciden en el crecimiento y supervivencia del sector agrícola para una futura investigación.
