Abstract

Mipymes have been facing a great responsibility for the preservation of the environment and the care of natural resources for some years. In the present work an analysis of the different sustainable development practices of a Tabasqueña agroindustry was developed. The application of the case study as a research method. A bibliographic review was carried out and the data provided by the informants were analyzed; Questionnaires, in-depth interviews, document review and participant observation were applied. The company has foreseen future as part of the daily activities of its business life some actions in favor of the environment as the use of solar panels. However, the results show that Mipyme lacks guidance on sustainability and advice from the responsible authorities, as well as a comprehensive program in all its activities
