Abstract

SMEs in Mexico represent the largest source of employment in the country according to studies by the Mexican federal government, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) generate 72% of employment and 52% of the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). In Mexico there are more than 4.1 million micro-enterprises that contribute 41.8% of the total employment. The small sum 174,800 and represent 15.3% of employability; Meanwhile, the medians reach 34,960 and generate 15.9% of employment, the MiPyMEs help in the Mexican economy both to reduce unemployment and generate extra resources to family economies, today MiPyMEs is a fundamental part of the Mexican economy. Implementing the SIPOC methodology to the business can solve the problems that most of the businesses present, with this methodology it is analyzed, and it obtains an answer to solve the problem
