This research aims to analyze accounting automation with artificial intelligence (AI), its benefits, and challenges for businesses. A qualitative study with a descriptive design was conducted, based on a literature review and documentary analysis. Secondary sources, including scientific articles, business reports, and case studies, were used to evaluate the impact of AI on accounting.
The results show that accounting automation with AI reduces human errors, optimizes time and resources, and improves decision-making through real-time data analysis. However, it also faces challenges such as high implementation costs, resistance to change, and security risks in data management.
It is concluded that the integration of AI in accounting is a key tool for financial efficiency, but requires strategic planning and ongoing training for its effective adoption. Companies that manage to overcome these challenges will be able to gain significant competitive advantages in a digitalized business environment.
