Eco-innovation: Terminology and measurements for the case of Mexico

This article analyzes the level of eco-innovation performance in companies listed on the BMV, classifying them by economic sector and evaluating their environmental performance. The objective is to identifying the main economic eco-innovation terms and metrics used by companies listed on the BMV, Eco-innovation indices obtained from the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), and from a sample of 175 are used through quantitative, no experimental research, with data obtained in fiscal year 2024.The results show significant differences across business sector.
