University Education and the Link with Social Responsibility.

The purpose of this research is to understand the connection between Social Responsibility and university education, as well as the advantages of including it. This research pursues the following objectives: to understand the importance of Social Responsibility today; to describe the advantages of including social responsibility in university education; to determine areas of opportunity within university education; and to understand the close connection between this value and university education. This study was conducted by interviewing undergraduate students from the School of Public Accounting and Administration. The results of the interviews demonstrate that, although students are motivated to pursue social commitments related to Social Responsibility, many of them lack active participation. This research is based on the need to examine students' interest in Social Responsibility, considering it as one of the strategic points within their curricula and in their daily and business life.
