Abstract

The objective of this study is to demonstrate how technology has an important role in the construction development of new buildings in the municipalities of Monterrey, San Nicolás de los Garza and San Pedro Garza García, using descriptive statistics and an analysis of variance (ANOVA), analyzing its main characteristics, such as the interviewee's maximum level of education, whether he has his own business and how many years he has been working in the construction field, etc. The study period was carried out during the first quarter of 2019, through surveys carried out in the three aforementioned municipalities and was carried out among professionals, small and medium-sized companies. Among the main results, it was found that the greatest participation is in the municipality of Monterrey and, regardless of the municipality, there is no difference for technological management in the development of construction projects.
