The present project focused on the use of the lean manufacturing philosophy, enabling efficient computational resources such as: storage space used by the data used in the processes, the work team (people), the products derived from the project. In the search for better training of engineering students to face global challenges, it is essential to know the different methodologies that allow the evaluation of all kinds of tools, which will help them measure and raise the quality of their products and processes. Among the main results were improvements in the relationship between user and software engineer (developer). It facilitated the integration of real solutions to management problems in the microenterprise of the services in question.
