Propuesta de mejora para una percepción favorable de los empleados sobre la situación de responsabilidad social de una empresa maquiladora

situation of social responsibility of a company perceived by its employees, a strategy was defined to promote a favorable perception. The instrument used consisted of 59 questions divided into four sections (employees, environment, ethics and legal) and the response option was on a Likert scale. The instrument was subjected to both a pilot test and a reliability test in which Cronbach's alpha was used. The general results of the present work indicated that the company does not present good conditions in the area of social responsibility with labor equality, compensations and mental health being the fields whit the lower scores y. Based on the results obtained, a prioritized series of recommendations directed to improve the social responsibility of the firm were established based on the average value of the responses obtained in each reagent.
