Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine how structural capital is composed and hence analyze its relationship with organizational performance in the public and private sector of the state of Tamaulipas. 76 questionnaires were applied online. Through the technique of exploratory factor analysis, a structure of two factors for structural capital was determined: innovative projects and organizational manuals. The results obtained can facilitate the strategic work of the decision makers by identifying areas of opportunity that allow the development of competitive advantages based on the efficient administration of intangible assets
