Nowadays, companies face great challenges, which is why it is important for firms to care about the welfare of employees, given that the success of the organization depends to a large extent on the performance of employees. The objective of this research was to analyze if psychological well-being influences the psychological contract of workers who work in a department store. The study was quantitative, not experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive and causal correlational. A 39-item instrument was administered, which allowed assessing the psychological well-being and relational contract to a total of 122 subjects. Descriptive and correlations of the study constructs were made through the statistical tool SPSS. The results reveal that there is a positive and significant relationship between both variables.
