La innovación tecnológica y el comportamiento organizacional en las pequeñas empresas industriales

The rise of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) has caused companies to seek innovation through them. However, the process of adaptation and implementation within organizations has not always been successful, because a key factor is the human factor. It is common to find resistance to change as a barrier in companies, thus promoting changes in the behavior and attitudes of staff. In this research, a descriptive analysis of the technological innovations and the organizational behavior (OC) was carried out, starting from the fact that the OC is created from the individual behavior and the human relationships that are established through the work relationships. The study was carried out in the small industrial companies of Villahermosa, Tabasco. The investigation was quantitative of descriptive type.
