The case study investigates the lack of training: Case NIMSA OPERACIONES MEXICALI, with the objective of validating an instrument that measures the importance of knowledge management programs for the development of human talent through training and focused on the productive area. The study determines the importance of the learning system for employee development which will ensure the increase in productivity through the development and application of an instrument with 2 dimensions to consider: Knowledge management and competency training, in which employees identified that, in order to obtain higher percentages of productivity, it was necessary to have trained personnel to achieve the organizational objectives.
