The main objective of this exploratory study is to discuss and argue the importance of a methodology based on epistemology in the generation of creativity through training of human talent within an organization in the digital era with the purpose of making attractive the importance of updating the human talent with the latest knowledge. Individuals are creative by nature and given the development and evolution of the human being, this creativity can be magnified or depleted in many ways: perseverance, commitment, passiveness, resistance to change among others, are conceptual block that inhibit creativity in the solution of problems. This proposal aims to identify the models that contribute to the generation of creativity in a holistic way through training in the Digital Age. On the other hand, it is important to establish information systems since they allow the dissemination, not only of information in decision-making, but also obtaining relevant knowledge, intellectual capacity of the human being, values, culture, abilities, experience, even the mental maps of reference.
