Una visión de las competencias digitales de empresarios de Villahermosa, Tabasco

Given that small businesses in Villahermosa do not know about studies that show their knowledge in relation to their digital skills, this research aimed, by means of a closed questionnaire, to diagnose in a descriptive way (without establishing relations between variables) the level of digital capabilities in the aforementioned entrepreneurs and in this way propose strategies that help improve that level. An investigation was made with a mixed approach, taking 182 entrepreneurs as a study sample. Among the results found was that entrepreneurs do not take advantage of the potential of new management tools to be more productive and efficient.
