The purpose of the present investigation is to analyze, according to the literature and existing applied studies, which are key factors that influence the manufacturing performance considering that this element is central for the supply strategy. In this regard, it has been determined the following key factors that could have an impact on manufacturing performance: supplier involvement, supplier flexibility, purchase integration and manufacturing outsourcing. This the research includes a register of the items of each variable in question that can be considered for a survey that could be applied in the case of enterprises of the appliance sector in northeastern Mexico.
