Abstract

The current teacher frequently faces changes in the way of teaching, study plans and updates in order to provide a teaching of excellence that has an impact on the students, awakening that interest and the desire for personal and professional improvement in the effective development of constant and appropriate learning for their academic training. It is very significant that the skills learned in classes have that positive effect transversally when applied in the work field in such a way that allows them to develop those abilities and skills that characterize the student in their training process.  Nowadays, classrooms have been innovating in technological aspects that allow them to be at the forefront, with the desire to update their contents in the curriculum and move from a traditional teaching methodology to one with technological innovation, experiencing changes accordingly. to the current needs to apply technology in classroom spaces and thus have an infrastructure for the implementation of technological resources (TICS) towards students and facilitate their learning process; It must be taken into account that the use of technology must be appropriate and precise according to the needs of the content of your educational program. A exploratory study (survey) was carried out at the Universidad Veracruzana with 300  people who belong to the university community (teachers and students). Thus detecting how immersed they are in the use of artificial intelligence and whether it has really worked or made it easier for them to access this learning process for their professional studies.
